FAQs About Hotel Facilities

1. Will benefactor/donor get complimentary hotels?

Yes.

Benefactor -- 1 Room-Night Complimentary at the hotel.

Donor -- 3 Room-Nights Complimentary at the hotel.

Choice of hotels is dependent upon availability. Please register early to get your preferred hotel.

2. When will the hotel room confirmation be sent to the attendees?

You will receive a confirmation email regarding your hotel reservation from Visit Las Vegas (the authorized semi-government organization for all hotel bookings for NABC 2020) soon after you have booked your hotel. This email with a confirmation number will serve as the guarantee towards your hotel booking. Please read the email that you will receive from Visit Las Vegas, for instructions on reservation changes, cancellation etc.

3. How many rooms can a registrant book in a hotel?

If your registration includes one or two names (Names of the Primary Registrant /and another person) then you can book only one room under your Registration ID Number. If your registration includes three of more names ((Names of the Primary Registrant and other persons) then you can book maximum of two rooms under your Registration ID Number.

Under special circumstances, registration of more than two rooms under one Registration ID Number can be granted by NABC 2020 Committee. Please contact us if you need more than two rooms under one Registration ID Number.

All hotel room bookings beyond the allowable numbers per Registration ID Number, as mentioned above, will get automatically cancelled.

4. What is the hotel cancellation policy?

All hotel booking cancellations after March 15th 2020, will be charged $50 as service fee.


5. What is the change of hotels policy?

Changing of Hotels (via NABC 2020 website) after June 2nd, 2020, will be charged $50 as service fee.
